Lucy Electric Thame were delighted to welcome back work experience students this summer. Work experience helps students to have a better of understanding of what it’s like being part of a secondary power distribution business, and gives them the opportunity to participate on projects similar to the field of work they are interested in.

The students were tasked with building a catapult using the CAD engineering programme which helped to expand their skill set and challenge themselves. Ensuring their designs were accurate, the students built what they had engineered and took them outside our headquarters to test them out. This was observed by members of our team.
