The Gemini multi-purpose remote terminal unit (GEMINI-RTU 2.5) has been designed for control and monitoring of pole- and ground-mounted medium voltage switchgear. In its basic form it also functions as an own equipment manufacture (OEM) component for third party medium voltage switchgear or controllers.

This highly versatile RTU is based on an open and modular architecture, supporting different communication protocols and media and includes advanced features such as battery monitoring and integral Fault Passage Indicator (FPI).
